Bayside Apartments, Worthing
This project involved manufacturing and supplying anodised insulated panels and perforated ventilation duct panels for use in a stylish residential apartment complex in Worthing, West Sussex. Over 1000 square metres of anodised panels were used in the installation, all insulated with Fabrock.

Perry Barr Regeneration Scheme
This project involved the complete renovation of a large apartment complex in Birmingham. New fire rated A2-s1 d0 insulated aluminium panels were installed to ensure safety for all occupants. Perforated soffit pressings were also installed to match the aluminium panels.
All panels and soffits were powder coated in RAL 7022 Umbra Grey to complement the building exterior.

This commercial building project is part of the creation of a new business district in Sunderland city centre. Using our state-of-the-art punching machine, we manufactured high performance perforated pressing panels with a completely unique design for use in a modern office building.
The panels were completed with a durable Polyester Powder Coat (PPC) in stylish Anodic Brown.

RIU Plaza Hotel
This project involved creating a new aluminium façade for a stylish central London hotel. Sections of extruded aluminium were powder coated to create a realistic stone effect.
The sections were then mechanically fixed to aluminium insulated panels to create a durable and attractive cladding system for the hotel’s exterior façade.

Oxford Science Park
This large-scale commercial project involved manufacturing over 700m² of insulated panels for installation at offices on Oxford Science Park.
The project included both aluminium and Prisma insulated panels. The Prisma pre-coated steel panels were finished in Orion matt while the aluminium panels were powder coated in RAL 9005 matt black. Hardrock edging completed the panels with Fabrock insulation to maximise thermal performance.

This project involved fabricating and supplying aluminium louvres and curved lid pressings for the UK Facebook HQ in London. The louvres and pressings were designed to feature on the entrances of the building and have created an exterior façade which is both aesthetically attractive and weather resistant.
